Matrix Collection Accessories
Ultra-Thin Flex Panel, LED Matrix Face Mask, LED Matrix Choker, and LED Matrix Belt
Power
The Matrix line uses a unique built-in battery (not a standard USB power bank). Charge via the included USB cable before first use.
Operation
Use the companion app to control patterns, text, and animations. Connect via Bluetooth to customize your display.
Face Changing Mask (Shining Mask App)
The Face Changing Mask uses the Shining Mask app for full control over display patterns and face-reactive animations.
Setup
Download the Shining Mask app (available on iOS and Android). Connect to your mask via Bluetooth to upload custom designs and face-tracking patterns.
Matrix Collection Garments
LED Matrix Pullover/Hoodie, LED Matrix LBD, and LED Matrix Pencil Skirt
Power
Matrix garments use the unique Matrix battery system. The battery pack integrates into a dedicated pocket in each garment.
Operation
Use the companion app to control patterns. The flexible LED matrix panel is integrated into the fabric and should not be folded sharply.
Sequin Collection
Sequin Dresses
Dressing Instructions: Ensure that the lining is fully buttoned inside of the garment and the opening in the lining lines up with the side zipper on the dress. Battery pack tucks into pocket in the back of the dress in the lining.
Cleaning Instructions: Lining can be removed and is fully washable.
Sequin Top
Dressing Instructions: Ensure that the lining is fully buttoned inside of the garment and the opening in the lining lines up with the side zipper on the dress. Battery pack tucks into pocket in the back of the dress in the lining.
Cleaning Instructions: Lining can be removed and is fully washable.
Dark Power Collection
Dark Power Pencil Skirt
Dressing Instructions: Batteries are placed in a pocket, near the back of the skirt.
Cleaning Instructions: Skirt includes a removable inner lining which can be completely removed and washed. Skirt has an outer layer which can be spot washed.
Dark Power Bodysuit
Dressing Instructions: Remove the outer layer and put on bottom layer (the layer with LEDs) first. The battery goes into a small zipper pocket in the back.
Cleaning Instructions: The outer sheer layer can be fully washed. Spot clean LED layer.
Stardust Collection
Stardust Jumpsuit
Dressing Instructions: Jumpsuit has back zipper. Battery is placed in pocket near back.
Cleaning Instructions: Jumpsuit is spot cleanable only.
Stardust Belt
Dressing Instructions: Wire, electronic components, and battery fit into zipper pocket inside belt.
Cleaning Instructions: Belt is spot washable only.
General Care
Avoid Folding
Folding can wear down the connections inside the garment and cause them to break over time. Hang garments to ensure long-lasting glow.
Keep Electronics Dry
Electronic components can’t go in the wash. If they do become wet, unplug from the battery immediately and let them fully dry before attempting to power on.
Troubleshooting
My garment won’t turn on at all
First, check that the battery is operating and fully charged. You can plug the USB directly into a wall charger to check if the battery is the problem. Press the power button on the remote control a few times. Contact us for next steps. If you can take a short video of yourself attempting to turn on the garment, it’s a big help!
Some of the lights aren’t working
Sometimes shipping, folding, and repeated wear can break down portions of the lighting. We offer a 60-day tech guarantee if this happens within your first two months.
My remote control stopped working
You may need a new battery! The controller takes standard coin cell batteries. You can buy them most places where batteries are sold.
I lost my remote!
We can replace it for $4. Contact us at support@lumencouture.com for details.
